- The rates above are based on following working hours;
Half-day: 4 hours (9:00am – 1:00pm) / Full-day: 8 hours (9:00am – 5:00pm)
*Extra 20% of the guide fee will be charged for working in early morning (before 8:00am) and late night (after 10:00pm). - The maximum working hours is 12 hours.
Following fees will be charged additionally;
- Transportation fee
- Meal fee ( Breakfast: JPY 1,000 / Lunch: JPY 1,500 / Dinner: JPY 2,000)
- Accommodation fee if necessary
Payment Policy:
The guide fee must be paid 14 days or earlier counting from the day preceding the start of the tour in Japanese Yen.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel the tour, you are asked to pay the cancellation fee as below. The reference date is based on our business hours

| 7 to 2 days before the tour | 30％ of tour fees |
| 1 day before the tour | 40％ of tour fees |
| On the day of the tour | 50％ of tour fees |
| No shows | 100％ of tour fees |
